Local Ride: The Christmas Tree Farm Trail
Starting out across the street from the barn, we go up the ancient Nipmuc Trail on George Hill, through oak then pine forests and then canter the high fields' edge to the Pell Farm Christmas tree grove. This vantage point high on George Hill offers a commanding view of the surroundings. Then once in the Christmas tree field, there are additional opportunities to move out if you're so inclined.
